Made to Order
Aminelle & Willow products are individually made to order, with care and attention to detail.
Orders are typically dispatched within 4–6 working days of purchase, allowing time for production and preparation.
Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the delivery service used. Please allow additional time for delivery following dispatch.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details where available.
Shipping Charges
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your purchase.
Multiple Items
Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate parcels, as items can have different production and dispatch times.
There are no additional delivery charges beyond those confirmed at checkout.
Delays & Missing Orders
Occasionally, production or delivery may take longer than expected.
If your order is significantly delayed or has not arrived within the advised delivery period, please contact us and we will investigate.
International Delivery & Customs
International delivery options and shipping charges are displayed at checkout.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes and customs clearance or handling fees charged in the destination country that have not already been collected at checkout.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in our product prices or standard shipping charges. Payment may be required before your order is released for delivery.
