Welcome to Aminelle & Willow.

Aminelle & Willow is a trading name of Storm Interior Design Limited, registered in England and Wales under company number 14272596.

These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through aminelleandwillow.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, which should be read alongside our Returns & Refunds, Shipping & Delivery and Privacy Policies.

1. Our Products

We take care to ensure that our products are accurately described and photographed. However, colours may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings, and minor variations in measurements, finishes and appearance may occur, particularly with handmade items.

Many of our products are individually made to order. Production and delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

All products are subject to availability.

2. Orders and Payment

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP), unless otherwise indicated. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

Payment must be completed before an order can be processed. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. Your order is accepted when we confirm its acceptance or dispatch.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, fraud is suspected or a genuine pricing or listing error has occurred.

If we are unable to fulfil an order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund.

3. Pricing

We make every effort to ensure our prices and product information are accurate.

If an error is identified before your order is accepted, we will contact you and offer the opportunity to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

We may change prices or product availability without prior notice. Changes will not affect orders already accepted.

Any applicable taxes and delivery charges will be displayed as required before you complete your purchase.

4. Delivery

Delivery charges, dispatch estimates and delivery information are detailed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

We aim to dispatch orders within the stated timescales. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

We remain responsible for your goods until they are delivered to you or a person you have nominated to receive them, in accordance with applicable consumer law.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges may apply. Where these are not collected at checkout, they are the customer's responsibility, as explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

5. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Your rights to cancel an order, return products or request a refund are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Making a product to order does not automatically remove your statutory cancellation rights. Certain genuinely personalised or bespoke products may be exempt where permitted by law and clearly disclosed before purchase.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

6. Faulty or Damaged Products

We take pride in the quality of our products and want every order to arrive in excellent condition.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact sales@aminelleandwillow.com with your order number and details of the issue. Photographs are helpful where available.

We will review the matter and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable consumer legislation remain unaffected.

7. Intellectual Property

All original designs, photography, branding, text and other content appearing on this website are the property of Storm Interior Design Limited, trading as Aminelle & Willow, or their respective rights holders.

These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws and must not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

8. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious software or attempt unauthorised access to its systems.

We may update website content, product information and these Terms of Service from time to time.

Any changes to these terms will not retrospectively alter contracts already entered into.

9. Liability

We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable consequence of our breach of contract or failure to exercise reasonable care and skill.
